A Group Lighting (AGL). Ltd.Şti has made an agreement to purchase the name and production rights, all machinery and equipment, moulds, patents and certificates of this factory.
The agreement also stipulates that Swarco will continue to market the products manufactured by AGL, a Turkish company, through its own marketing division. Most of the parts of the products will be produced in Turkey, and the lenses and diodes, circuits and drivers produced with Swarovski quality and advanced technology will be supplied from abroad from countries such as Japan, Korea, USA as well as leading countries in Europe.
